MANAGED IT FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Run your business. We'll run the IT.

If you're the business owner who became the accidental IT person, chasing down passwords, dealing with mystery email problems, wondering if you're properly backed up, we take all of that off your plate. One predictable monthly fee. Real engineers when you call. Everything looked after.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

If any of this is you, we can help.

→ You can't quite tell if your business is properly protected, but you suspect not.

→ Your "IT support" is a friend-of-a-friend, a part-time contractor, or whoever picks up at the reseller you bought your laptops from.

→ When something breaks, you lose half a day figuring out who to call.

→ You've started getting questions from customers, insurers or auditors about cyber security, and you don't know how to answer them properly.

→ You'd hire an IT person if you could justify it, but you can't, not yet.

You're not unusual. This is the situation most small and growing businesses find themselves in, somewhere between "we're fine, nothing's gone wrong yet" and "we probably need a proper IT department, but we can't afford one." Managed IT is the bridge between those two states.

WHAT YOU GET

A complete IT department, for less than the cost of hiring one.

Everything an in-house IT team would do, without the headcount, the recruitment, the holiday cover, the salary, the laptops and the office space. One flat monthly fee per person on your team. Cancel on 30 days' notice or lock in a longer contract for a discount.

Someone picks up when you call

24/7 helpdesk staffed by real engineers, not script-readers in a call centre. Most issues fixed on the first call. The serious ones get owned by someone who stays with it until it's resolved.

Your email, files and devices, properly run

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, set up and looked after the right way. Every laptop and phone secured and patched. New starters get the right access; leavers don't keep it.

Proper backups that actually work

If ransomware hits, a folder gets deleted, or a laptop dies, your data is safe and restorable within hours. Tested every quarter so we know it works.

Cyber security that holds up

Two-factor login enforced, suspicious activity blocked automatically, software kept up to date so vulnerabilities don't get exploited. The stuff your insurer is starting to ask about.

A real person who knows your business

One named contact who learns your business, your team, your priorities. A short monthly summary. A proper sit-down every quarter to talk about what's working and what's coming.

Buy the right gear, the easy way

New laptops, monitors, phones, ordered, configured, and shipped directly to your staff member's desk. They open the box, log in, everything's there.

HOW MUCH

A flat fee per person, per month.

One predictable monthly number, per person on your team. The exact figure depends on team size, the platforms you run, and how much compliance or security is involved, we quote it after a short discovery call so it's grounded in your actual setup. Small business clients consistently tell us we're priced more competitively than the alternatives they were comparing against.

✓ No call-by-call charges. Ring as many times as you need.
✓ No after-hours surcharges. 2am is the same price as 2pm.
✓ Microsoft and Google licensing billed separately at exactly what they cost, no mark-up.
✓ Hardware quoted up front, you decide whether to proceed before anything ships.
✓ The monthly fee is fixed for the length of your contract.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

We only have a few staff, are we too small?

No. We support clients from 3-person teams up to 250+ headcount. The smallest engagements are often the most useful for the owner.

What if we already have an IT person, a contractor or a friend?

This is the most common situation we walk into. You can keep them on for specific things they're good at and we'll cover the rest, or we'll take over the whole job. We don't sabotage existing relationships.

How long does it take to switch?

A small business onboarding typically runs 4-6 weeks. You'll know what's happening at every step.

What if I'm locked into a contract with someone else?

We'll work around it. Sometimes it makes sense to wait until your existing contract is closer to expiry; sometimes we can start with one slice and bring the rest across at renewal.

I don't know anything about Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace?

Not a problem. Most of our clients can't tell SharePoint from a shopfront, that's exactly why they hire us. You don't need to understand the technology.

What if my business grows? Will you still be the right fit?

Yes, we support clients from 3 people to 250+. The same engineering team scales with you. If you eventually outgrow the SMB model, we'll move you to our enterprise framework.

Stop being the accidental IT person. 30 minutes. No pitch.

Pick a time that suits. We'll talk through what you've got, what's worrying you, and what a managed engagement would look like. Written summary within five business days.
