Most agencies build an app, hand it over, and disappear. Three years later you've got an app that won't compile against the current Xcode, dependencies with known vulnerabilities, and a screen on the latest iPhone that's broken because no-one's tested it. We avoid this by treating every app as a maintained product from day one.
The maintenance retainer is a non-negotiable part of the engagement. If you don't want ongoing support, we're not the right partner, and we'll tell you that before you sign.

Common questions
Native or cross-platform, which is right for me?
Depends on the app. Heavy device-specific functionality leans native; mostly forms, lists and content delivery, cross-platform can ship faster. We'll have this conversation honestly at scoping.
What if the App Store rejects our build?
Rejections are part of the process. We handle remediation as part of the submission service, no separate charge for resubmission cycles.
How does the maintenance retainer work?
Fixed monthly fee scaled to app complexity and platform count. Covers OS-upgrade compatibility, dependency patching, monitoring, and a bucket of minor change hours.
Can you take over an existing app?
Yes. We do a paid technical audit first, and you decide whether to engage us for remediation and maintenance based on the findings.
What about app analytics and crash reporting?
We deploy Firebase, AppCenter, Sentry or your existing platform. Crash rate, performance regression, user flows, all reported monthly.
App Store / Play Store account, yours or ours?
Yours. Apple Developer and Google Play Developer accounts are owned by you. Your IP, your accounts, your store presence.
Do you do app icon and store screenshot design?
Yes, through our design team, app icon design, store screenshots, App Preview videos, App Store optimisation copy.
