Direct courier to the employee's address. No central warehouse hop. Cuts deployment time and freight cost.

3

Auto-enrolled

First boot triggers Autopilot / JAMF enrolment. Apps, policies, security baseline applied automatically.

4

Day-1 ready

New starter logs in with M365 / Workspace credentials. Everything's installed. Helpdesk on standby if needed.

ASSET LIFECYCLE

Track everything from PO to end-of-life

Hardware ages. People leave. Devices get lost, damaged, sold off. Without an asset register that's actually maintained, every audit and insurance claim turns into a forensic exercise. We keep yours current as a matter of course.

  • ✓ Asset register kept current, serial, model, owner, location, status
  • ✓ Warranty tracking with renewal alerts before expiry
  • ✓ Refresh cycle planning aligned to your budget cadence
  • ✓ Off-boarding workflow: device recovery, data wipe, reissue or retire
  • ✓ Insurance-grade evidence: photos, serials, condition, value

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Common questions

Is hardware passed through at cost?

No. Hardware is quoted at transparent margins, not passed through at cost. Hardware procurement carries real operational overhead, and the margin covers that overhead honestly. You will always see the quote before any purchase.

Do you have to manage what you procure?

Yes. We are not a computer shop or a wholesaler. As a managed service provider, we only purchase hardware for clients we manage, so we can be confident the hardware we make available gives our clients the best possible experience.

What brands do you stock?

We are largely vendor-agnostic. Laptops and desktops: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple and Microsoft Surface. Networking: Aruba and Ubiquiti. AV and conferencing: Yealink. Mobile: Apple, Samsung and Google Pixel.

Lead times?

Standard laptop and desktop configurations: 5-10 business days. Specialised configurations: 2-4 weeks.

Warranty handling?

Yes. We manage warranty claims, the RMA process and replacement device coordination on hardware we have procured. With selected vendors we favour advanced-replacement warranties to minimise client downtime, and we also handle warranty repairs on hardware a client owned before our engagement.

What about end-of-life and disposal?

There are two secure paths, and the right one depends on the client. One is certified physical destruction of the device. The other is a complete, secure decommission and data wipe so the device can be donated to a charitable cause. Either way, the data is fully removed and the process is handled securely.

Licensing optimisation?

Yes, and not only Microsoft. We review any licensing we manage on a clients behalf, across Microsoft, Google Workspace, Adobe and other line-of-business software, looking for waste and right-sizing so you only pay for what you actually use.

Do you handle physical installation?

Yes. Where purchased equipment needs physical installation or specialised onsite configuration, such as meeting room AV systems, we can deliver that on a project basis, working alongside licensed contractors where required.

HOW WE DELIVER PROCUREMENT

Procurement without the markup games.

Direct CSP and distributor relationships across Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, Crayon, Synnex, Dicker Data, Ingram Micro and more, so we can source hardware, software and licences in a single purchase order. We pass through vendor licence pricing and stack tier benefits with you. Quotes include the lead times we actually expect, not the website-default promise, and orders are tracked from PO through receipt and asset registration.

We do not pad procurement. The margin lives in the management, not the markup. You would rather we caught a critical update than upsold a printer, and that is the way the relationship is structured. Asset registers stay current, warranty status is tracked, and end-of-life equipment gets flagged before it becomes a Severity 1 incident.
